During a field study, the designer discovered an ancient architectural debris site in Suzhou. This site contains numerous remnants of wooden structures, approximately 100 years old. The designer focuses on repurposing this material in the design of small vessels, creating a dialogue between ancient architectural materials and modern vessel design.

In my design practice, I am passionate about observing traditional Chinese craftsmanship, extracting its intriguing elements that meet contemporary aesthetic demands, and reimagining them for modern design applications.
