Sean Wu Wu Ming's latest lamp works combine recycled transparent glass bottles with natural resin to create a simple and meaningful work of light art using a unique process. Through the interweaving of minimalist lines and light and shadow, Wu Ming reinterprets the core concept of oriental aesthetics and endows traditional forms with a modern sense. Each luminous body is randomly combined and compressed from recycled glass. It has a unique shape and diverse structure. Each piece is a unique work of art, showing the aesthetic concept of combining innovation and sustainability.
This work not only reconstructs the form and artistic conception of bamboo at the material level, but also re-examines the significance of bamboo as an oriental symbol in artistic expression. Through the changes of light and shadow, the work conveys the vitality and Zen of bamboo, and at the same time invites the audience to re-meet with "bamboo" in another dimension with a new sensory experience.
