A subjective guide to museum exhibits, transforming multiple perspectives from the "I" to the third person, recording and reshaping and reflecting my self-identification with objects.
As a young graphic designer from China, I reconsidered my cultural identity after living in London for more than a 1/4 of my life. Every time I walk into the museum and see cultural relics about China, I always feel the kindness naturally, but I have never explored the source of this feeling. When I made up my mind to choose this pair of blue and white porcelain candlesticks as the beginning of my research project, I found that history had become alive and that the mutual influence between East and West cultures had never stopped. Therefore, I decided to record my thinking process from a subjective perspective and make a guide to share with other visitors, so as to change some angles to show myself more vividly to China's cultural society.
