The 7th "Go! Shekou Community Festival" focuses on the phenomenon of community aging, and takes the community as the origin to invite local citizens to interact to understand and explore the actual situation and needs of the community through community research. And in the community to display research results, open interesting workshops, the design concept into the community, encourage everyone to build a better community life. In order to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of community residents and promote mutual understanding and communication among residents, the community festival will organize a series of workshops to give full play to creative inspiration with residents and realize the new life of old things! Among them, participants will use idle old clothes, curtains, sheets and other fabrics to transform them through tie-dyeing, tailoring, splicing and other techniques, so as to make the original old items glow with new brilliance and realize a sustainable lifestyle.
The 7th "Go! Shekou Community Festival" focuses on the issue of community aging, inviting local residents to engage in interactive activities that explore and address the community's real conditions and needs through surveys. The festival showcases research results within the community and hosts engaging workshops that integrate design concepts into everyday life, encouraging everyone to contribute to building a better community. To enrich the cultural life of community residents and promote mutual understanding and interaction, the festival will organize a series of workshops where participants will unleash their creative inspiration to bring new life to old objects! This includes repurposing unused items such as old clothes, curtains, and bed sheets through techniques like tie-dyeing, cutting, and patchwork, giving worn-out items a new lease on life and promoting sustainable living.

After understanding a series of work projects carried out in the community festival, the design team transferred the collected community-related pictures into cloth, and returned to its basic position and appearance in the community through fictional photography combined with real records, so as to establish the main inspiration and some materials for the visual work of the community festival. These contents, which focus on "the relationship between true and false pictures", also capture the thinking of "near and far emotional distance" in community humanities.
The Chinese character "shài, literally" to bask in the sun "embodies both the daily rhythms of community life and the contemporary act of sharing (" share ").
